All orders are shipped via USPS from Oregon City, Oregon.
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate (3-7 business days)
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons or for custom orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll always keep you updated!
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kicklet piece! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging
- Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt

Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
