What does "one of a kind" mean?
Every Kicklet piece is truly unique — we make only one of each design. We use vintage components, hand-selected crystals, and creative combinations that can never be exactly replicated. When a piece sells, it's gone forever. That's what makes Kicklet jewelry so special!
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of quality materials including genuine Swarovski crystals, vintage enamel pins from the 1960s-70s, sterling silver, silver-plated and gold-tone findings, and quality chains with secure clasps. Each product listing includes specific material details.
Are your vintage pieces authentic?
Yes! Our vintage enamel flower pins are genuine pieces from the 1960s and 70s era. We source them carefully and incorporate them into modern designs that bring new life to these beautiful vintage treasures.
Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Contact us with your ideas — favorite colors, style preferences, occasion — and we'll work with you to create something perfect. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks.
How should I care for my Kicklet jewelry?
To keep your piece looking its best: store it in the gift box when not wearing it, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Swarovski crystals should not be exposed to harsh chemicals. With proper care, your Kicklet piece will sparkle for years!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. You can also shop our collection on Etsy which offers additional payment options including Etsy gift cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We never store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, both of which use industry-standard encryption and fraud protection.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it — just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. For international requests, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
